The best way to see hidden recipients in the Cci field of a message sent in Windows Live Mail, Windows Mail or Outlook Express.
It is possible that at some point you realize that the recipients that you have entered in the Cci: fields of Windows Mail, Windows Live Mail or Outlook Express are not visible. When you view the sent message in the Sent Items folder, the recipients are always hidden. You will have to be curious to know who your recipient is in Windows Live Mail, Windows Mail or Outlook. The recipients should be discovered in case you want to make sure that someone has received a copy of the message sent even though the Cci recipients are not clearly visible.

Follow carefully these instructions below that let you know who your Cci account is on a message in Windows Live Mail, Windows Mail or Outlook Express:
• Access Sent Items (or any folder containing the message);
• Right-click on the message sent;
• Select Properties from the menu that appears;
• Go to the Details tab;
• Somewhere up there is a line starting with Cci: it contains all the Cci: recipients of the message.
