• Send several people at the same time.

When you want to send your message to several recipients, separate their names or email addresses in the To: field with semicolons. They will then be able to see the names of the other recipients and review all of the same email message.

• Use Cc and Bcc

Carbon copy (Cc) and invisible or blind carbon copy (Bcc) are abbreviations of the vestiges of the time of paper letters. Even if carbon is a thing of the past, electronically the idea remains the same: the recipient is able to see the name of anyone to whom you send a Cc of the email but will not be able to see the name entered in the Bcc field. You must enter names or email addresses as done in the To: field and there you will no longer use these fields.
