 Close the email program if it is running;

 Open the control panel. In the Windows taskbar, go to Cortana / Search, enter the control panel, then select it from the list. To access the control panel in Windows 8, 7, Vista or XP, press the Windows + X keys to open the Power User menu;

 In the Control Panel, go to the Search text box in the Control Panel and enter Internet Options;

 Select Internet Options from the list. Open the Run dialog box (press Windows and R keys simultaneously) and enter the command inetcpl.cpl in case you cannot find the control panel;

 In the Internet Properties dialog box, go to the General tab and select accessibility;

 In the Accessibility dialog box, uncheck the Ignore specified colors on web pages box, uncheck the Ignore specified font styles on web pages box and uncheck the Ignore specified font sizes on web pages box;

 Select OK to close the Accessibility dialog box;

 In the Internet Properties dialog box, select OK;

 Close the control panel.
