§ Go to the File tab;
§ Select Info;
§ Select Account settings> Account settings;
§ In the Account settings dialog box, select the Data files tab,
§ You will find the location of personal folder files next to each e-mail account configured in Outlook;
§ Select an account;
§ Select Open file location to open the folder in which your Outlook data files are stored. Email messages from Microsoft Exchange, office 365, or Outlook.com accounts are saved to your email server. In most cases, these types of accounts do not have a Personal Folders (PST) file.
