Follow these steps to help you insert or add a picture to your electronic signature created in Outlook.

             Of course your electronic signature sends a strong professional or promotional message for the text, but what conveys the meaning more quickly and in a richer way are the images. It is not only for this, images can also be used for fun. Note that everything written is for Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010, and Outlook for office 365.

How to add images to an Outlook signature

It's simple to add a graphic or animation in Outlook, such as an animated GIF file to your signature, like adding an image to an email. Regarding this, follow these steps:

o Go to the File tab;

o Select Options;

o In the Outlook Options dialog box, select Mail;

o In the Write messages section, select Signatures;

o In the Signatures and stationary dialog box, go to the Electronic signature tab and select New. If you want to add an image to an existing signature, select the one you want to modify, then go to step 8;

o In the New Signature dialog box, enter a destructive name for the new signature, then select OK;

o In the Signatures and stationary dialog box, select the signature you want to modify, go to the Modify signature section and enter the text you want to include;

o Position the cursor where you want to insert an image;

o From the Formatting toolbar, select Insert Image. If you add an attachment, it increases the size of the message, which is why you must select a small image that is less than 200KB to prevent it from taking up too much space in the email;

o In the Insert Image dialog box, navigate to the folder containing the image file, choose the image file, then select Insert;

o In the Signatures and stationery dialog, select OK to save the signature;

o In the Outlook Options dialog box, select OK.
