Increase the font size when reading mail in Outlook and other solution is there if the font increase does not work.
The resolution increases as the monitors grow which keeps the images clear and precise. Now the problem is that when the text gets smaller and smaller as the resolution increases which will make it difficult to read the text in emails with the default font sizes. Increase the font size in Outlook in case you find that the text size is too small.
The instructions in this article apply to Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010 and Outlook for office 365.
Increase font size when reading mail in Outlook
Here are the steps that allow you to read mail in a larger font in Outlook:
Double-click on the message to open it in a separate window;
Go to the Message tab;
Select the Percent Up arrow to enlarge the text or select the Percent Down arrow to reduce the text;
Namely, when you read messages in the reading pane, zoom in on an email with the zoom slider. Or press Ctrl while turning the mouse wheel on the message text box to increase the font size.
What to do when increasing the font size in Outlook doesn't work
Even if some emails specify the font in a non-modifiable way, use a display lens such as the magnifying glass built into Windows or the free Virtual magnifying Glass application in case you receive emails with fixed size fonts.
Also note that it is possible in Outlook to change the size and style of the message list.
